Partner | Engineer – Mechanical Engineer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (POLI/UFRJ), Brazil, and holding a Master degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from the National Institute of Industrial Property (ACAD/INPI), Brazil.
Given his particular interest on innovation management and copyright, PABLO BARBOSA completed various extensions courses in these fields, as the “CopyrightX” course at the Harvard Law School.
His professional focus is in drafting patent applications, as well as carrying out multiple technological researches, such as prior art searches, infraction diligences and freedom to operate reports. Its technological background covers areas such as general mechanics, control engineering, transport phenomena and thermal engines.
PABLO BARBOSA is an active member of professional associations such as Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), participating in national and international meetings and congresses held by these associations.
